Here are the instructions provided by Feeding San Diego. The key is registering early and marking your calendars, so we know how many we have participating. If its low, Feeding San Diego will open it up to the public. Everyone is welcome to participate, especially our Interact students! Here is what you need to know: Confirmation Details: Date: Saturday October 10^th 2026 Time: 9am-11am Number of Volunteers: 10 Location: 9477 Waples Street, Suite 100 San Diego, 92121 Registration Link: https://volunteer.feedingsandiego.org/registrations/llP9IfD4d6/claim_spot ***All volunteers planning to attend must sign up using the registration link.* What to Know Before You Go: Closed-toe shoes are required. For your safety, you cannot enter our volunteer center while wearing open-toed shoes. Tennis shoes or running shoes work great! Please arrive 5 minutes early; the shift begins promptly. Leave valuables in your vehicle. No food, drinks, or gum allowed in the warehouse – only closed, bottled water ----- For Youth Volunteers: All volunteers must be 6 years old** to enter the warehouse. All volunteers under the age of 16 must have an adult volunteer sign up and provide supervision during the volunteer shift. Our required chaperone ratio is 1 adult to every 5 volunteers aged 6 through 13, and 1 adult to every 10 volunteers aged 14 through 16.	View
